A: We seek aggressive individuals who are entrepreneurially minded, with sufficient capital to invest and who possess a genuine interest in being involved in their business to provide the “hands on” control required to satisfy customers and staff.

Q: Do you assist with site selection?

A: Yes. In partnership with our franchisees, Prime Pubs evaluates potential pub sites based on proven selection criteria such as traffic counts, trade area analysis, demographic studies, visibility, ingress and egress considerations and assessment of local competition. Prime Pubs seeks franchisees that are committed to high profile locations.

Q: What investment is required?

A: Cash Investment of $287,500 TO $550,000

Q: Who is your target customer?

A: Prime Pubs attracts adults between 25-50 years of age who have an above-average disposable income and seek an authentic Irish Pub experience infused with an urban sensibility.

Q: What kind of training do you provide?

A: Prime Pubs provides intensive operational and administrative training programs for our franchisees and senior level pub managers. These may take the form of on-the-job training, classroom training programs or a combination of each. Our training team also provides training and motivational activities for all staff members prior to pub openings.
